SHIPPING POLICY

Standard shipping : 2 - 10 business days
Express Shipping : 1 - 2 business days
International Shipping : 2 - 28 business days
(excluding weekends and holidays)
All orders are processed after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping available (with an additional cost). Charges calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. APOLLO is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact.apollostoreonline@gmail.com with your name and order number.

We have a 14-day return policy ; starting from day of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition ; unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase are required.

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
